Including certifications that expand my skills in UX, accessibility, and behavior change, as well as awards that recognize creative problem-solving and leadership. Health Behavior Change: From Evidence to Action

This course seeks to heighten understanding of the social and behavioral factors that contribute to health decisions and behaviors, with an ultimate goal of learning how to utilize these factors in improving public health efforts.

IAAP WAS Certification Preparation Curriculum v2.0

Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) is a technical credential for people with detailed knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines. It is intended for accessibility professionals responsible for evaluating the accessibility of existing content or objects according to published technical standards and guidelines, and providing detailed remediation recommendations

Web Accessibility Curriculum v2.2

A comprehensive suite covering the latest WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, tailored for web developers, QA engineers, and content creators. The curriculum features clear explanations, best-practice rules, and rich “good vs. bad” examples for each WCAG 2.2 success criterion—along with detailed methodology on testing, self-check quizzes, and official Deque completion certificates.

NN/g UX Certification — UX Management Specialty

Earned through five advanced Nielsen Norman Group courses, including Managing UX Strategy, Design Ops, and Being a UX Leader. Focused on leadership, team management, cross-functional collaboration, and guiding UX strategy across complex organizations.

Earned through five advanced Nielsen Norman Group courses, including Statistics for UX, User Research Methods, and User Interviews. Focused on qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, and translating insights into actionable design decisions.

Earned for the cover design of The Pilo Family Circus, one of five finalists in Dark Scribe Magazine’s Best Cover Art & Design category.

2007

Publishers Group West - Silver Award: 300: The Art of the Film interior art book design

Earned for the interior design of 300: The Art of the Film (Dark Horse Comics), awarded by Publishers Group West in recognition of excellence in book design.
